Thank you for your interest in our "Craft Beer for 1¢ with Purchase of Entrée" promotion (the "Promotion"). Please review the complete terms and conditions below. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

The Offer

Guests who purchase a qualifying entrée at the Laughlin Ranch Bar & Grill may purchase one (1) designated craft beer for one cent ($0.01). The 1¢ price applies only to the beer; the qualifying entrée is charged at its full, regular menu price. The Promotion is available to the general public during posted promotional dates and hours.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) is required at the time of purchase, regardless of apparent age. Laughlin Ranch reserves the right to refuse the alcohol portion of this offer to any person who cannot or will not provide valid proof of age, or whose identification appears altered, expired, or invalid.

Qualifying Entrée

A "qualifying entrée" is defined as a full-price main menu item. Appetizers, shareables, side dishes, desserts, snacks, kids' menu items, and beverages do not qualify. The Promotion requires the purchase and payment of the qualifying entrée; a cancelled, refunded, voided, or comped entrée invalidates the 1¢ beer offer. Laughlin Ranch retains sole discretion to determine which menu items qualify, and qualifying items may change without notice.

Beer Selection & Availability

The 1¢ price applies only to craft beer selections specifically designated by Laughlin Ranch for this Promotion. Designated selections, brands, and styles are determined solely by Laughlin Ranch and are subject to change, substitution, and availability without notice. The Promotion is valid while supplies last. Premium, specialty, seasonal, guest-tap, or non-designated beers, as well as wine, spirits, and all other beverages, are excluded.

Limit

Limit one (1) discounted craft beer per guest, per visit, for each qualifying entrée purchased. The discounted beer must be ordered and served during the same visit as the qualifying entrée and may not be carried over, banked, or redeemed at a later time. The Promotion may not be combined with any other discount, coupon, voucher, happy-hour pricing, loyalty reward, or promotional offer.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Please drink responsibly. The service of alcohol at Laughlin Ranch is governed by Arizona law and the terms of our liquor license. In accordance with applicable law, Laughlin Ranch and its staff reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse, delay, limit, or discontinue the service of alcohol to any guest at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to guests who appear intoxicated, who cannot provide valid identification, or whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive. Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee service. Never drink and drive; please arrange safe transportation.

No Cash Value

The Promotion and the 1¢ beer have no cash value. The offer is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, auctioned, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any substitute item. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.

Taxes & Gratuity

Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated on the regular retail price of all items, including the beer, and are the responsibility of the guest. Any gratuity is voluntary and, where applicable, is calculated on the regular price of items ordered.

Where the Offer Is Valid

The Promotion is valid only at the Laughlin Ranch Bar & Grill and only during the posted promotional period and hours of operation. The Promotion is not valid for catering, private events, banquets, off-premises orders, third-party delivery, or any location other than the Laughlin Ranch Bar & Grill, unless expressly stated by Laughlin Ranch.

Modification, Suspension & Termination

Laughlin Ranch reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, and to amend these terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, qualifying items, or the interpretation of these terms, the decision of Laughlin Ranch management is final.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Promotion is sponsored and administered by Laughlin Ranch, The Ranch Bar & Grill.
